I've taken on my Zumba teachers motto for the year - "Be The Best You Can"

What do you love the most about Zumba®?

In what ways you can support & encourage others to 'Be the best they can'?

Line Dancing

Line Dancing has been around for a very long time.

What's so good about it? Well....there are thoundands of dances to learn and each one offers a different pattern of steps and level of complexity.  Therefore it is unlikely that you will become bored!

You can learn very basic beginner dances to complex advanced dances.

Line Danincg is also great because anyone can join in whether its your grandchild of 7yrs or yourself at 80yrs. So I guess you can say Line Dancing is cross-generational.

Classic ballroom and latin dancing requires a partner, while you do not need a parnter to join in a line dancing class. However there are partner dances too, so it's a win/win for everyone.

Always in the groove,

Jaye
