Why are we called 'The Courage Within'? Because life is about finding the courage within you, to discover your gifts, strengths and to find what inspires you. So 'The Courage Within Dancer's have found the courage to dance their best and celebrate their talents with others.

Line Dancing is an exceptional form of dance, just one of the bonuses is that you don't need a partner.       So whether you are single or married, if you want an activity that is just for you, this is the perfect opportunity
This form of dance gets it name because we quite literally dance in a line.
Classes are held in a hall that has a wooden floor (perfect for dancing) and has a welcoming feeling.
Line Dancing is so much fun you hardly know you're exercising, many dance participants have happliy reproted they have lost weight since they started dancing.
Line Dancing is an excellent way to meet more people and make new friends.
                            Everyone is welcome to come along & have a go!
Grandparents, parents, young adults, teenagers and children can all join in, this could be your family activity.
